Shoe mount LED light - What do you use? Recommend?

Im looking at LED lights for video/photo and they all seem poorly built or have crappy light. Does anyone have one they can recommend? I REALLY want to be able to dim and swivel the light as well.

Are you looking for a ring light?
Or just any kind of light?

A ring light would be awesome but i have been looking at shoe mount lights. I want the most bang for the buck since my funds are low. I was thinking $100 or less.

My buddy got a cheapo one off eBay for like $40 bucks I think, I thought it actually worked quite well for the price.
I don't remember a fade function though, but we never ran into a situation where we needed it
