I'm sort of into insect nudes, and I hope others are too (uhm...in a photography-oriented way of course). Here's my bee of the day and also my own analysis of the picture.

Dao, you're right, someone else also mentioned that....I'm so glad I'm not a biologist at this point, hehe. In fact it's a Syrphidae Syrphus Ribesii apparently.

As for the angle, I might agree the fly could be placed differently, but who says I don't have other angles

You could have taken more closeup may be eyes or the head, not sure about the light but the angle is wrong.

Can be better.
