Shoot with a friend

First time I ever went out with a model. The weather wasn't very good but I think I pulled of some cool shots. Please tell me what to do better. Also played a little with the multiple potraits in one picture that I've shown you before(is there a name for this technique?). Think they came out pretty well! Comments and critiques please!
