Shooting help

Just wondering if anyone can help me out.. Im trying to shoot a waterfall with a slow shutter speed... And a f25 and I'm still getting WAY to much light..

Anything that I can do to get the light out??? Or do I just try a little earlier in the am or later in the evening?

You can also get graduated ND filters so you can lower your exposure on the sky but keep keep your set exposure on the lower part of the image

480sparky.. I'm shooting at 100 already... Is there anything lower than that?...........

Well, technically, there is, but I don't think the D5100 goes any lower than 100. IMS, ISOs go down to 6, although Kodachrome 25 was the 'slowest' I ever used.
