Shooting in a hospital tomorrow. Advice?

I am shooting some pictures of a doctor tomorrow. Some in the operating room, some in day surgery, some in an office environment. The nature of this shoot and his schedule (very short notice) did not allow for the pro we usually use...

Anyone have any helpful advice from similar scenes?

Have you tried Google using the words "workplace photographs doctor portraits surgery" etc. I did and got some interesting results and ideas, too numerous to mention here - hopefully it would work for you. Try various combinations of these words, but be sure to include "photography" and either "portraits", "images" or "pictures" in each search. My 0.02¢.
