shooting subjects that wear glasses (outdoors)

Hello!

I am doing photos of a senior on Saturday and I am aware he wears glasses. I don't have a lot of experience with this believe it or not. When I have shot anyone wearing glasses, I've had to resort to photoshop if there was a glare I needed to take out.

I am assuming it helps how I position the subject, and making sure there is shade.

I know this is perhaps a no- brainer type of question, but wondered if anyone has quick and easy tips or knows a helpful article on the topic. I have seen a lot on shooting in a studio with flash, but I'm more interested in outdoor shots.

Have them lift the back of their glasses around the ears to minimize straight back reflections.
