Hi Everyone,
I have tried shooting in raw and used lightroom for some post processing. Also tried shooting in Jpeg fine, which is actually more convenient for me as I put my pics eventually in iPhoto.
So to get the best of both worlds I'm thinking of shooting with both raw and jpeg fine. I also use a fast SD card and i have the Nikon D5200. Now I know I will be using more space, will the camera eventually lag if I keep taking single shots because it has to write on both formats? I do sometimes shoot in continuous low which is I believe 3 shots per second. If I need to do post processing I have the raw files otherwise I load the jpegs in iPhoto and make minor tweaks.
I think using iPhoto is like a nice workflow for me while using raw seems to take longer so I prefer right now to use jpegs and again have the raw files just in case.
Thoughts on the workflow?
