Shot with a pop up flash

It was evening, we had a parade of beautiful filipina ladies in their traditional gowns. Didn't have the 430 EXII with me so I used the pop up flash. What do you think? C&C's are welcome. Thanks.

Did you use any sort of modifier on the flash? And is this very processed? If no to both, then I'm impressed.

@ fokker - No, I did not use a diffuser. Yup the photo was processed since I always shoot RAW.

Oh, Sparky, you really know how to make me work hard. Unfortunately, I couldn't improve the hair part. But thanks for the thought, anyway. Man, that was tough...
