If so, what do you do if it's cloudy or overcast?

Forgive the dust spots in the sky... The scanner was dirty I think.

Day365:

My D7000's pop up flash died mid way through that shot. I was using it to trigger a SB-900 behind a brolly. No fill light, girlfriend became some sort of black ghost with a bright face
