Nice shots!

I'd crop the first one so it's not bang on the middle of the frame, but it's a nice shot in crystal clear water.

2 is amusing but the turned back kills the shot though the lighting on the prawn is good.

3 is simply excellent.

Another great set Kirk. I especially like #3. :icon_salut:

I get #1, I would've loved to have taken that shot with the bird and bush to one side but he was on the move so little time to compose, just snap quickly. No possibility to crop it that way in editing either, sorry.
#2, I had plenty of other pics with frontal views of that bird but you have to understand, my main objective isn't to always put up pics that look the best. I wanted a rear view for the story I was trying to convey. Story you say? To explain better, the first picture shows him on the hunt, the second walking out of the water with it's catch and the third walking into the bushes to enjoy his meal. It ain't much of a story I know but I don't know what else to call it. I often do sequence pics like that to stir the imagination, not so much to get compliments on how good a picture is or else I would've put up my "better" frontal pics. I usually use those for when I just put up singular pics of an animal.
Thanks for your honest opinion, though and thanks for the compliment.

Thanks everyone for the compliments and critique, they're greatly appreciated!

Looks like you saved the best for last, #3 is killer (no slight was meant towards the shrimp or his family by this comment.) :biglaugh:
