Sigma 10mm vs nikon 10.5mm fisheye

Hi everyone. Happy New years eve!
and I have been interested in purchasing a rectangular fisheye for the past year or so and within a month or 2 plan on doing so.
the 2 i am considering are the sigma 10mm and the Nikon 10.5.
Both are the same speed (f/2.8) and are relatively the same price i believe, and from what i have seen have similar distortion. I was wondering has anyone used both and have a preference, or know any key differences between the 2? I dont care about AF, since i will have it set to infinity most the time. I will be using this primarily for star trails, and skate photography, and probably some landscape shots.

my camera is a D40, so not a full frame sensor.

any advice is much appreciated!

Well the 10mm has a built in AF chip, where as the 10.5 doesn't, so that may be a deal breaker for you, seeing as the 10.5 won't have auto focus on the d40. Optically, I've heard the Nikon is superior, but if you can, go to a store and have a feel of the both of them. No ones opinion online will help you unless you can compare the two in person.

Another plus the Nikkor 10.5 has going for it is Capture NX2 can correct the distortion perfectly with one click.
