Sigma 28-300mm lens/Asahi Pentax 1:4/200 lens

I want to trade one of these lenses for a Nikkor 200/300mm lens that would be compatable with my D40X which is why i'm looking to trade either of them or to sell

Not an expert on this, but I dont believe the combined worth of those two lenses would warrant that kind of a trade.... I have been wrong before though.
