Sigma 50mm 1.4 Art Series - Auto Focus Issues

Hi All,

I'm having a slight issue with my Sigma 50mm 1.4 Art (from the Global Vision line of Sigma).

I currently use the lens on my Canon EOS 6D. I have experienced on more than one occasion where the auto-focus will stop working. In order to fix the issue I've had to turn the camera off and on again. Each and every time this has fixed the issue (so far).

It doesn't seem to happen often. However, obviously, I have missed a shot or two because of this problem. It seems to be fairly intermittent and usually occurs after prolonged use.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and what they have done to fix it?
