Sigma 70-300mm F4 and Sigma 28-105 f2.8

Hi! I have two Sigmas, one 70-300mm F/4 with Macro 200-300 and the other 28-105mm F/2.8 Aspherical. I don't know anything about these two... I found them when I moved houses. They were my exroommates. I dont think he used them much. He got them when we first bought our canon 20ds and then he stashed these away and never really touched them. I guess I completely forgot he even had these. Anyway, he told me I could have them since he doesnt really have any use for them because he sold his camera. But, I don't really need them since my lenses cover these ranges. So- I'm thinking about selling them and sending him the cash. How much do you think they're worth? Are they any good?
