Sigma Zoom Lens

Hello there,

My name is Evette, I'm a 31-year-old mother of two and I'm not very familiar with these online forums, so I don't know if I'm doing this correctly. As far as myself, right now, I'm just getting into photography. I have a Canon 10d and a Canon Rebel XT.
I do have a question, though, I'm thinking about getting an external flash and I was wondering if anyone knows about these. Is there a specific brand or type for my cameras?
