I don't think the ground offers enough of interest to merit a division of the photo into two halves, bottom half almost black, top half sky. That sky looks like it was a lot more interesting, yet we get to see only so little of it. A pity.
I agree with lafoto, raise the horizon and place something lighted of interest in the foreground, or pan up to the sky and maybe use the shrub or something else as a true blacked out sillouette. Beautiful sky though.
