I would rather see the people solid black. Seeing some characteristics makes me want to see more what they look likeand makes it distracting. either go solid black or lighten it up some so we can see the facial features better...I like the colors though!!

I actually like them the way they are. I think seeing a little detail in the people adds a feeling of three dimension to the photo. Especially because you have such a great background, which conveys a great sense of dimensional depth, I feel like if they were solid black, they would almost look superimposed on the background.

As for the composition, again, I love the backgrounds! In the first one, the boys pose unfortunately gives him the appearance of an alien... other than that, nicely done! The second one I think only suffers from the facial expression on the person with the visor. Perhaps if they would have taken it off, and smiled. And also if they wpuld have taken a knee so they didn't look hunched over.

I think the amount of light is quite nice just as it is. It wouldn't hurt to straighten these.
