These are Intha people, they live in stilt houses in the lake, as is this workshop, and about 50% of the males are craftsmen in metals.

Note no electric anything.
they do have a gas cylinder for soldering but that's it.

I really liked their work and there was one particular bracelet I liked a great deal. When I spoke to the young woman in the showroom and told her I wanted five of them, she look startled and said they only had one finished but they had enough raw materials for the four more and if I could come back in 5 hours she'd mobilize all the workers and have them done. So I hung around a good bit of the time and got pictures of the bracelets being made. I'm having a series of 16 printed and I'll enclose that series, along with a narrative, in the gift boxes to the five females in the next generation, two daughters and three daughters-in-law. (my wife got something else).

After I send them the packages I'll post the series and the narrative.
