1)the focus seems to be off. Try to move it to the eyes or bring your apercer down to 9-10 area
2)same as (1) like this one best out of the 4
3)just dosent do anything for me.
4)looks a little dark but im thinking thats what you were going for.

i like 1 and 2, but as stated the focus is soft in each. 1 also seems kinda weird, almost blocky like around portions of her hair. was this image cut out from the original image and pasted on a white background, or is it just the focus/hair style playing tricks on me?

Photo 1 is as other have mentioned, out of focus and you are getting too much spill from the background.

Photo 2 is out of focus but shows the most potential
Photo 3 comes across as a snap shot.
Photo 4 ????
