Jeff, you are very right: 3 is quite, quite busy. I did not have my tripod with me on that occasion and actually this one was the ONLY one of the Vietnam Memorial that is in a way "showable".

The first two were taken during Robert's, Aubrey's, Chase's any my night photography trip between midnight and 2 a.m.
