A slight crop of this frame to eliminate the dark thing on the right (and maybe a bit from above to maintain the normal print size), and a tad more highlights (must watch the t-shirt in shifting the levels) could help this one quite a bit.

I agree. Using levels to move the white point down will help the contrast a lot. I'd also crop it vertical. There isn't anything on either side of her that I want seen with a horizontal crop.
