I clicked the photo and saw your camera settings:

I think there may have been some room for you to get that ISO down a bit. I'm guessing you're shooting with a 100 mm macro lens so I imagine you're fighting for DOF as well as light, but at 1/4000 you are maxing out the D610 shutter at the expense of some image quality.
