Skate Boarding in the Afternoon, Long Beach, CA.

Been trying to get this right for a while. Never quite happy with it.
Was across the harbor from the lighthouse. Used the 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6 with my D90.
Grabbed 3 somewhat underexposed shots when I heard them. B&W seemed to suit the composition best.
Interested in your thoughts. Seen it too many times to know anymore.

I rarely have come cross a single picture that I liked sooooo much.
The hard-edge almost silhouette look, the clear cut figures and that ribbon of shadow that undulates and mimics the hill edge - all great.
This is just terrific in my opinion.

The only possible suggestion I have is perhaps to crop from the top a bit just to remove the wispy clouds and keep the entire hard edge look.
