this is a picture of my boyfriend dougie doing a krook grind on a rail in a town called milford.

Your terminology is beyond me, completely beyond me. But I like the shot, it's well-exposed, I like the composition, and you capture good action. There is nothing in particular that sets it apart from other skateboarding shots, but that doesn't mean it's not good.

a wide angle shot from closer up probably would have made it work better.

Yea to me the building in the background draws way too much attention. Try having the camera pointing right down the rail, infront of your mate, not too close tho

Yes, and also the shadow in the whole shadow in the background would've added a nice touch to the picture. just my two cents though!:thumbup:
