Sketching Light (Book) and The Language of Light (DVD) - Joe McNally

Hey everybody. I was just wondering if anyone owns either of these products. The book looks like a great learning tool, and the video looks like an even better one. But, the video is $160, which is quite a bit more money than the $27.99 for the book. I also know they're not exactly overlapping resources, teaching the exact same things.

Anywho, does anyone own either of these? If so, what do you think of them in terms of value for your money and knowledge?
