I finally got out with the camera. I attempted a few shots at a local ski hill. I must say very challenging as they come in and out of view so quickly. I took the long lens to play with. So trying to first capture them in the frame , then try to zoom in and out as they come down the hill. I had the speed set at 1/1600 which i dont think was enough. I should have bumped it up as hand holding and trying to capture the movement at the same time was overwhelming. Anyways had fun and that's more important than a perfect image for me. Here's a few of the shots.
