I feel like i oversaturated it a tad. But at the same time i like the effect it had on everything.

Pretty decent composition. I like the play between the yellow and blue, and the similar rectangles they create, which frame the city.

The oversaturation is way more than just a tad.

But yes, the photo is a good example of using the rule of thirds. Hopefully you were aware of that when you framed the shot and can do it repeatedly, rather than by chance.
