Brussels Skyline, 2005 - 2010 - 2013 .
The first one is shot back in 2005. It's not that long ago, but the skyline certainly changed a lot since then.
You'll notice a lot of new buildings missing here! .
I was using the Lomo LC-A at that time and for some reason put in some expired roll of Agfa Portrait 160.
As you can see, it's the first shot on the roll, as the side is burned.
It was such a hot summer day, I was going to see a RATM tribute band gig in the afternoon and came home with a solar stroke. Just can't stand the heat. Good memories though...
This second one is shot back in January 2010, full of snow.
The third and last one of this series is shot in October 2013.
You see they were still finishing the UpSite tower, and the light beam on it was a test for the upcoming light festival in November that year. Nowadays they do the Bright Brussels festival in february.
Anyway, they're still building lots of new stuff in that area right now and when the Silver Tower is finished by the end of 2020, I'm going back for the sequel, probably next year.
