Skyway Bridge

View attachment 181717 About a week ago the city of St. Petersburg, FL. turned on the Skyway Bridge's new light system that that engineers have been working on for some time. At the cost of $15 mil. I felt I should get a pic of what my toll money is going towards. It's pretty cool, it has a light scheme for each month of the year and right now it is in "Breast Cancer Awareness Month" mode. Not my favorite color but it's still pretty and besides, next month is a new color. I threw in a couple extra pics of the surroundings. Not the best pics ever but oh, well.

That’s pretty. Lighting up the underside of the bridge seems to be the new trend. They recently finished a redo of the Longfellow bridge here in Boston with blue lights. No idea if they change color.

Thanks guys! Yes, that's Dexter again! If only someone would keep the rolls of plastic away from him he wouldn't be such a "busy body".
I watched that whole series myself, I personally liked it although I sometimes wishes he didn't use the same method over and over but I guess that's what kept him out of trouble.
