i wouldn't have cut off the left foot, seeing as the other one is in the picture already.

I don't know if you notice this but right above his head the piece of wood is nice and sharp and then the rest to the right is blurry, it just looks weird.

Im guessing camera was shaky because the bottom half is a little fuzzy, and i would also try a black and white and see how that comes out.

This looks more like a candid shot. It looks like you walked by, saw the guy sleeping and took a quick shot without much attention to composition.

The angle at which you took the shot is kinda awkward. If I were you, I'd either take a straight on shot or move further to the left to get a more side angled shot.

I will also lower the camera to get a shot that is leveled with the person's eye at least.

Looks like you pushed your aperture to the max for this one. That's understandable since there's no way to get up a tripod for this.

There's no way I can take a shot like this without getting punched cus my shutter is way too loud.

seems a bit warm too.

I'm not a big fan of this pic honestly. It does just look like a quick snapshot. I don't find the person to exhibit character, especially not in this position or point of view. The focus is soft in general, and the lighting is fairly flat. Never stop try, trying again!
