Could be, but on second thought may be not! I can see all the other photographs just fine, and I can tell that the image itself is of very high quality just the posted one is pixelated, could be because your phone compressed the photo while posting.

It is coming across as a 42.6 KB image that looks like cr@@...both images, 42.6 KB...pixellated, low-resolution...
