Slippery Landing

I took these shots a few weeks back at Bluffers Park , in Scarborough. There was a nice layer of ice and every bird that landed did'nt fair to well in the end.

This one was hard to get. I caught it out of the corner of my eye, so I did not really have much time to focus.

Excellent captures. love action shots. I was just down in Bluffers Park yesterday. Man, was it freakin cold!! To late in the day and the sun was from behind so I did not take any pics.

Too true, Canoncan. This first one is really outstanding because it is an action photo, but very crisp and clear, with lovely colours, no distracting background whatsoever - just brilliant. Shows me that I still have much, much, MUCH to learn!!!
