Small Owl

Took this last year in a Bird park/Zoo in South-africa. This owl was tiny, I would guess around 15cm 'tall'. Not sure what kind it is, maybe some of you bird guys know the species.

Thank you, yes it could be. I should start taking photos of the descriptions as well. It could also be the Little Owl (I kid you not), but I don't think the head is flat enough lol.
