Thanks! They usually show up in colder weather for sure, to form the flat ice micro crystals that make some of them so intense. Maybe this one was much higher than it appeared to be. HmmWe use to call these Sun Dogs. I don't know where this name came from. The colors of these are hard to catch sometimes. This one looks really good. Nice job!
