SmallRig 65.6" carbon fiber monopod

I’m considering picking up the SmallRig 166.5 cm/65.6" carbon fiber monopod with the one-touch height adjustment and ball head.

Has anyone here used this model n the field? Any other recommendations?

Check out Manfrotto products. Frankly, with monopods, CF over aluminum doesn't provide huge weight savings for the $$$. Fewer sections the better. Make sure whatever head you choose takes a standard size QR plate, e.g., ArcaSwiss or equiv.

I will second that. I use a Manfrotto MMXPROA3BUS monopod. I have that model because of the deployable tripod foot.
