No, that's just from increasing the vibrancy a little to bring out the colors.

I use them all the time and I know you can get remarkably blue skies under the right conditions. I didn't know if it would do the same for water.

Understood. I forgot to mention I also brought the exposure down so that helped to darken it as well.
