Smoke!

Was burning some incense the other day to de-stink the house (been buttoned up all winter and it was a little stale in here!), and the late afternoon sunlight was really catching the smoke patterns. I've got several that I need to send through PS to fix contrast on, and this is the first.

Fantastic. It is so symmetrical in places it reminds me of a double helix, maybe smoke DNA? I like the almost solid feel of it.

Too true, the brownish part of the smoke (as opposed to the bluish part) looks almost like a tube.

Makes me envious - I wish I could take photos like that!
