Overall a nice effort but the light is a bit harsh, the picture looks too pale, and there is no clear connection between the man and his environment; besides the background is too much in focus;

Over exposed but decent connection to the subject. Keep at it.

Looks like that lady in the bottom right is checking out his bum. LOL

With such a vibrant background, I would have liked to have seen more contrast between it and the subject. Someone wearing an electric blue or neon green shirt in a more dynamic "pose" would pop a lot more.
