Snapshot with potential?

Well a friend of mine was playing with my camera, and it was on manual mode, and they started just clicking it around the room. They took a shot of the ceiling fan, and I didn't think anything of it until I got it on my computer.

I darkened it up a bit more and leveled the image out, I thought it was sort of interesting, but maybe that's just my untrained eye. It could just be too empty or too plain, I just wanted to see what you guys thought.

i like it but i think it would look much better with a tight'ish crop nice shot!

Yeah I agree, I would personally crop it into a tall shot to emphasize the chains. Neat shot though!
