Snow C&C please

I went out as it was snowing tonight to see what I could capture. Unfortunately, in the pictures where I used the flash to freeze the falling snow, the snowflakes mostly blocked the subjects of the photos. But without flash I wound up with this one photo that I'm somewhat happy with:

Even after some time in photoshop, I couldn't figure out how to make it pop any more. Any suggestions on how I can improve this photo? Thanks!

if you could add some lighting to the steeple it would look good and could get more of an image that it was still snowing I think, but overall it is a neat pic
