It's cool. No, luckily I was scheduled to work till 1pm. THANK GOD! I heard for some people it took nearly 15 hours to get home. I did see a ton of cars left abandoned when I was coming into work this morning. How about you?

No, I left work one hour early and made it home just as the storm started. My cousin who lives in Germantown was one of those people, he left work at 5pm in Arlington and got home at 1am, and a friend had to abandon his car in the middle of the road in Rockville.

Man we both got lucky then. Did you hear bout GW PKWY? Over 100 some cars abandoned. It was closed this morning except for cops and tow cars to move it a different location for people to pick up their cars. Outch!
