Snowy Footprints C&C and not sure...

I love the POV of this picture, however, I can't decide if the fact that the tree is cut off is a negative thing. Sometimes a cut off works and sometimes it doesn't so I'm torn. What to you guys think? Thanks! xoxo

Could be... I haven't seen the bright blue sky in a while... Although it is trying to overcome the cloud cover today!

I like the footprint concept. I am not digging the shadow in the foreground. Personally, I don't find it all that compelling...sorry.

Then that means that your monitor is uncalibrated, or you don't know what you're looking for. Snow should appear white, when it appears to be blue it's an indication of your WB being off. What I do sometimes is just desaturate the snow so that it appears to be natural looking and work from there.

Here's a photo that I used that technique on. I had similar blue looking snow before I worked on the photo, now it looks fairly normal.
