I blame the people who buy bad art. One can find bad artists all over the world, but when someone ignorant of art lauds and purchases said bad art, it only encourages that one and other bad artists. And the effect is multiplied when other ignorant people see what someone has bought, thinking; "it must be good, that artist is being paid for it".
