The eyes should be in focus, there are very dark shadowed areas, and the DOF seems to be too shallow. Half way through the picture is blurred, including part of his head. You want the background blurred, but not the subjects face. Also, part of his forehead is blown out, and my eyes are drawn to the extremely bright, blown out window in the background.
His face seems very pink; especially the bag under his eye, and his hands seem overly orange/pink. Might want to work on the color tones.
