That's a "wall hanger" for me! I love the background separation. Did you spend much time in post, or is that unique background blur a characteristic of that particular lens?

Some in post. The BG is a characteristic of the 200-500 at 5.6 (wide open). I did give some attention to the reflection of the log, bird and turtle by increasing their tonal/contrast range by about 20%. Other than that, it was what you see is what you get.
