So What About Photoshop Actions??

So I have been looking at some different photoshop actions. This looks pretty cool. Has anyone used them before? Is it worth purchasing some that I like or learning how to use them? What are peoples opinions?

No one has ever used a Photoshop action before. You may be the first.

It is far better to learn how to use Photoshop yourself. Then you can record your own.
