Thanks. The water temp today is 42*F

That's more dedication than I have! Brrrrrrrrrr!

Great images, Mike, but I stand by my conviction: If you need to wear a wetsuit, it's too ****ing cold to be in the water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice action images - not an easy sport to photograph, especially when its cold.

thanks John. Like I’ve said before I haven’t been in the ocean in 20 years and I live a mile from it. Way to cold even at a water temp of 70*F mid summer

70°F..... is that 21°C? I'd be perfectly happy in those temps in the air never mind the water! We don't normally get sea temps above that in the shallows. Usually we range between 45°F (6°C) and 60°F (15°C). But I've been known to wear short sleeves March until October ;)
