If you want to pay, here's one that could be pretty easy to use: Picture editor, edit pictures | Adobe Photoshop Elements 13

Photoshop is probably considered the best for photography. Videography would probably be a toss up between Premier and Final Cut. I'm not to up on the videography world though.
