I'm from Brooklyn and I love this kind of stuff. The first is great - try darkening the upper left corner and the top middle area. The third doesn't need as much flat sky, so crop the top third, and that will also help because he won't be walking into the exact center of the frame, which tends to make the shot less interesting.
