Some boats nearing sunset

Not sure if this image works, but I tried to make it workable with some adjustments. Struck me as cool when looking at it, not sure if what I saw transferred to photo.

This work for anyone?

The boat is cut off at the front 'cause there was a bunch of crap in the shot over there, ugly broken dock things, buoys, and other crap that to me ruined it. Figured the half cut off boat would be less ruining than that stuff. I tried to dodge the flag to bring it out some and make it stand out.

I like the concept, the boats in the background kind of wreck it for me though. It would be a lot of work, but you could clone them out. This would be a good place to use a snooted off camera flash to get the shot in camera, you could use just a narrow beam and light up the flag.

Yeah, it would be cleaner without the other boats. I would have loved a red sky too. I think this was about 150-200mm, I'd have to check. kinda far from where I was standing.
